Divi Resorts is an established name in the world of Caribbean travel. Divi has a track record of years in the hospitality industry. After being successful in Aruba the company took its operation to the next level by expanding beyond Aruba’s borders.
Today Divi has properties in Bonaire, Barbados, St. Maarten, Cayman Brac and St. Croix. After being dominant in the low rise area of Aruba, it decided to diversify its income stream by selling timeshare units at Divi Phoenix and now condos by Druif Beach through the Residences condominium project.
The Residences project consists of 54 units in three buildings in the price range of US$350,000 to US$1,200,000. “The Residences collection includes 54 luxury studio, one, and two bedroom condominiums in three buildings with unique colonial Caribbean architectural design,” according to Divi.
The competition to win over the hearts of the condo buyer is going to get interesting. There seems to be plenty demand for all units available in Aruba. The prices are starting at US$250,000 to US$350,000.
Divi’s project presentation supersedes the competition in my opinion. They don’t use fancy flash presentations. The information on its website is simple and to the point. Divi lets the quality of the project sell itself, rather than to try to convince people any other way. This is not a criticism to other projects, I have a preference for projects which use flash animations as a tool (such as video) and not as a mean.
