According to Aruba’s Cruise Tourism Authority (CTA), current cruise season has a few good months left. I haven’t compared figures between last season and the current one yet. However, according to the pre-season estimations by CTA, the amount of visitors is expected to be lower than last year, as the amount of ships which is scheduled to make port of call is lower than last year as well.
Nonetheless, past weekend was another busy cruise ship weekend. Notably there were smaller, more exotic, ship in town, such as Aida (site in German), Holiday Dream (site in Spanish) and Freewinds. Together, Princess Cruises’ ships continue to be the biggest cruise line to stop in Aruba.
