Radisson Aruba Is Good

Radisson Aruba was selected by Radisson International as one of the top performing resorts in comparison to 204 other Radisson Resort worldwide. This prestigious annual award is called President’s Award. A top executive explains: “The President’s Award represents the best of the best for Radisson and recognizes the hotels that have demonstrated their exceptional commitment to guest service and product quality that distinguishes Radisson in the global marketplace.”

I have heard several people tell me that they enjoy staying at the Radisson because of the overall quality, service and amenities. On the premises Radisson has some great restaurants for sure. The Sunday brunch is awesome and also the barbeque specials are great. Radisson Aruba also has its own casino, The Casino Aruba.

Perhaps the only thing I don’t like about the resort is the entrance main lobby. It is way too dark and it doesn’t say Caribbean. If you put this minor point of observation against all the good this resort has to offer, you understand that this resort is fine.

It doesn’t matter how great a resort is structurally, if the service is poor, it’ll never get high marks. This recognition belongs naturally to the staff.

Of the 8 resorts on the island that we have stayed in, our 4 stays at the Radisson were BY FAR, the best. We love the Radisson even more than the Hyatt. And Gabriel, you are right, the staff at the Radisson make all of the difference.

This is another confirmation that Radisson Aruba does a terrific job in making their guests feeling at home. It’s not easy though to remain at the top, so hopefully Radisson knows how to keep the staff happy, which translates into good service towards the visitors.
