Recently installed frames at Oasis
Most construction in Aruba use the standard concrete block structure, followed by plastered and finished by paint or tiles. Oasis seems to go about another direction. Frames. Reminds me of Divi Phoenix construction.
Frames suggests sheets of gypsum, commonly known as sheetrock, which suggests fast construction times, thus lower building cost. At least in theory. Another thing I noticed is the pouring of the concrete of the – relatively – small pool is completed.
